Noonday Strategy

A World Impacting Church

Noonday seeks to impact the world through over-seas as well as national missions emphases. Since 2005, Noonday has planted five new churches. More than 2,000 people gather to worship around the world in a Noonday Church in: Alaska, Tajikistan, Jamaica, Haiti and most recently on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. We also cooperate with the International Mission Board, the North American Mission Board, and the Georgia Baptist Convention in the mission strategies of the Cooperative Program of Southern Baptists.

A Community Reaching Church

At Noonday we believe that the church is not a building but a group of believers united with the purpose of serving Christ. This means that we want to be the church beyond our local campus. By reaching out to the community around us we hope to improve the lives of local families, neighborhoods, businesses and schools.

An Evangelistic Church

Every member of Noonday has had a life changing encounter with the one true God through his son Jesus Christ. Because this encounter has made such an impact on our lives we feel compelled to share our stories with our family, neighbors, coworkers and everyone we meet.

A Spiritually Healthy Church

Spiritual health is like physical health. The only way to achieve either is with an on-going, identifiable process of growth. At Noonday, we have a process of spiritual development for individuals and groups. Our goal is to facilitate the development of people who are becoming more Christ-like through a daily walk with God, membership commitment, ministry involvement, the identification and use of spiritual gifts, as well as becoming generous givers and effective leaders.

An Embracing Church

Noonday Church seeks to welcome everyone regardless of nationality, race, socio-economic status or age. Our goal is to be a church that accurately reflects the diverse demographics of our community.

An Innovative Church

In order to be innovative, Noonday has purposed to apply creativity and innovative methods to our worship, discipleship, programming and ministries. From the use of the most current technology to the use of the arts in worship, Noonday seeks to communicate the Gospel of Christ in an innovative way without sacrificing foundational principles of ministry.
